Fully Furnished Unit in Nice Neighborhood right off of Balboa Park and centrally located in downtown San Diego! Quiet, Secure, Friendly. Excellent short term fully furnished short term or corporate housing, includes housekeeping twice monthly. Two assigned parking space. Patio area. This unit has a desk with fax, WIFI printer and paper shredder to work from home.

Unique eight unit complex: cozy, neat, clean, well maintained. With 4 units upstairs and 4 units downstairs, this lovely Spanish / Mexican decor in the common hallways as well as outside the building, becomes a San Diego tropical home away from home.

We provide High Speed WIFI AND TWICE PER MONTH HOUSEKEEPING included in the rent price.

One bedroom one bathroom apartment: 9 foot high ceilings, large bedroom with king size bed, full wall MIRRORED closet doors and loads of closet space. Both living room and bedroom are approximately 15' foot x 16' foot each with picture glass windows allowing afternoon light. Gas heating in both living room and bedroom for those with sensitive allergen issues from forced air heating. Custom paint in Living Room and Bedroom in a mocha latte color, high quality carpet, nice leather, woven and vintage living room furnishings and a new 42" Internet Flat Screen TV and over 100+channels.

Modern style porcelain tile breakfast bar kitchen, includes all appliances, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and bake ware. Features lovely afternoon light in the kitchen, bedroom and living room, with easy access to Balboa Park, the Golf Course and Community Recreation Center from the back of the building's unique, private patio with gardens!

Appliances include gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. At the sink is filtered RO H2O, plus Insta hot water for tea/coffee . Under counter kitchen lighting with tall kitchen cabinets, tile floor and a breakfast / lunch / dinner counter with three leather counter height chairs.

Bathroom features a deep bathroom storage closet and large mirrored medicine cabinet with over head make-up mirror and lights. Bathroom also has tile shower and tub combination and a heater for those chilly nights.

Street Parking is also available. Shared laundry room. We pay trash, sewer, water, hot water, gas, electric, Cable TV, Wireless Internet. This unit is ideal for corporate housing, short term stays, single or 2 people maximum. Security Deposit required or accidental travel insurance of $69.00. Will consider long term lease for the right person(s).
