From the owner

Villa Stathis is a three storey villa. The modern lounge area on the upper ground level is open plan and very spacious with a feature fireplace, flat screen TV and homecinema, leather sofas and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a full bathroom with a washing machine. French doors lead out onto the terrace area and the pool. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded with ensuite bathrooms. The lower ground floor has a twin bedroom/studio which benefits from it's own seating area and it's ideal for older children who would like abit more independence but are still in the main house. The outside area is laid mainly to lawn with a large 9x4m salt water swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a large terrace area with dining table and chairs and BBQ, making it an ideal place for an evening in. In this villa you enjoy both traditional Greek atmosphere and modern luxury. A peaceful location in an olive grove far away from the main road with beautiful views of verdant mountains and the island of Ithaca quarantee relaxing holidays.Village of Sami is 2 km away from the Villa Stathis. Nearest beach is the Sami beach only 1km away.

Why can't I call Danny (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Danny (the owner) a message.

If Danny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
