This unique, south facing villa with lovely design has been recently refurnished. It combines a contemporary and modern design with wood and stone elements. It offers fantastic sea views through its big windows to create a wonderful light and open atmosphere. From the moment you enter the villa, you will be awestruck by the stunning sea views that you can enjoy from inside and from the terrace. This villa invites you to unwind and have a relaxing holiday!

This luxurious and spacious 4 bedroom villa blends in perfectly with its surroundings on the hillside community in which it is set. The villa overlooks the Mediterranean sea and the romantic landscape of the Costa Tropical. It is located on a quiet part of Monte Los Almendros. You also can enjoy these incredible views to the sea and the hillside from the pool. No doubt you will be enticed to spend hours relaxing in it!

This house was originally designed to be a family home, so there are many extras. If you want luxurious and comfortable self catering accommodation, then Villa Cañada is for you.

Tennis, beach & golf are located nearby. Furthermore you have easy access to Granada, Malaga & Almeria airport.
