From the owner

Privacy and a comfortable queensize bed and facilities make the place unique in the well furnished big stylish room provided. A private bath beside the room is available for the guests. We also guarantee a free parking space.

Breakfast is not included because we offer instead the use of the kitchen.

Our accomodation is in the east of Salerno, close to the Arechi stadium, San Leonardo Hospital and Porto Marina d'Arechi. It is close to the main shopping centers of Salerno and close to 3 supermarkets.

Well connected to the city center by the Arbostella underground station, and 50 meters from the shuttle bus service for artist lights, one bus services every 10 minutes, we are 20 minutes from the center.

Surrounded also by many restaurants and bars.

Equipped with private parking closed. If you come by car, I will meet you in front of the green gate or cafe. If you choose the subway I will wait for you at the local station surrounded by greenery and equipped with kiosk for ice cream and coffee.

Our accomodation is in a quiet place surrounded by trees, plants and flowers and with 3 supermarket nearby. Also we have a nice restaurant "L'officina del Mare" to eat fish based meals, a patisserie/coffee shop called "Mancini" with all hot Italian and American cakes freshly made to have a breakfast in the morning and a very comfortable and luxurious bar "coffee verdi" for drinking alchoolics or enjoy the music or reading a newspaper in the morning. The best pizza restaurant in our town "Pizzeria Vesuvio" for a huge size pizza topped with a lot of local mozzarella and fresh vegetables and the most famous artisan Ice cream maker "Gelateria Cioffi". We are very closed 100 mt to Mercatello Park if you want to have a relaxing walk and see the tropical plants. Also at the same distance you can admire Marina d'Arechi or go to watch Salernitana in the 40,000 seats stadium to see the loud shouting crowd and enjoy Italian serie B and feel the shiver of emotional supporters.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vincenzo (the owner) a message.

If Vincenzo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
