2 Dellmhor Cottages is a recently refurbished holiday home nestled in the heart of The Cairngorms National Park in Coylumbridge, Aviemore.

The cottage on Ski Road is only a few minutes walk from an extensive range of outdoor activities and indoor facilities within the Rothiemurchus Estate and the Hilton Coylumbridge Resort. These include cycle tracks, dry ski slope, crazy golf, swimming pool, adventure play park, coffee shop, fishery and tennis courts. With walks around stunning Loch an Eilein, water sports and the beach at Loch Morlich, the Cairngorm Mountain ski resort and the Centre of Aviemore all within a few miles, families, groups and couples can enjoy their stay at 2 Dellmhor any time of year.

The accommodation itself is fully furnished and all on the one level. 2 Dellmhor Cottages has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with patio doors which open out to an attractive front porch for sunbathing or star gazing. There are three good sized bedrooms which consist of a bunk room, double room and a king room with en-suite. All have comfortable beds with bed linen and towels provided for guests. A travel cot and highchair is also available as the house is very popular with families. There is a family bathroom, a generous private garden to the rear with secure storage for up to three bikes and parking at the front.

Beautiful location, house immaculate with all you need for a relaxing stay. Break was cut short due to Covid19 restrictions, Sue and Barry have been brilliant and ameniable understanding the difficulties in these times. Will definately be back once the world has overcome this nasty virus.

“Perfect Family Home & Location”

We stayed at 2 Dellmhor for 3 nights with our 2 young kids (1yrs & 5yrs) and couldn't believe how perfect it was for families. The cottage is stunning, decor, fixtures & Fittings are all immaculate. There are no fiddly knick knacks that you need to worry about your 1yr old breaking (as with some other places), it's tastefully decorated with good quality furnishings and has everything you need for a nice chilled out family break. The TV has netflix on it (which susan kindly left logged in to her account) so no need to worry about entertaining the kids, there was board games provided if we needed them, the high chair, travel cot and towels all provided where immaculate (i took my own mattress for the travel cot) and this also meant it saved space when packing the car. The space in the cottage is amazing, my 1yr old loved practising her walking by chasing her brother up and down the hallway, the back garden is a lovely open space again perfect for kids to play, my 5yr old loved walking round the wee estate finding acorns. It was the perfect house, so perfect my partner chose to propose to me while we sat in the living room area so 2 Dellmhor will always have a special place in our hearts. You're only a short walk from the Rothiemurchus centre, with plenty of woodland walks close by. A short 7 minute drive has you in Aviemore town so you're close by to everything you need. Wonderful week in a wonderful location in an excellent bungalow!! Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, everything you need is provided. Sitting on the veranda chilling out after long day walking was just what we needed. Beautiful spot lovely area feel like you're in the middle of the forest but you only have short walk to amenities of Aviemore if you need them. We will definitely return!! Thank you Susan for allowing us to enjoy 2 Dellmhor!!

This was a great home from home. Everything for a weeks stay for 5 or 6 people. Accommodation excellent and kept very clean. Nice distance to walk into Aviemore. It would be nice to have a washing machine for the odd emergency that can arise with children. Would certainly use again.

How do damage deposits work?

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
