Hosting three bedrooms; a double, a super kingsize, a twin, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people, with an adult bunkbed available up on request. Inside you will also find a shower room, kitchen, sitting room with sofabed and a lounge/diner with balcony. To the outside is ample off road parking for a car and a boat and an enclosed garden to the rear of the property with a patio area, furniture and barbecue. Situated in a scenic location, with plenty to explore in the area, 11 Min Y Mor is a delightful property in a wonderful part of Wales.Property will accept 1 small well behaved dog

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, smart TV (with access to Netflex, Amazon and all other streaming apps - will require own log in details) and WIFI. Close by are Criccieth, with its medieval castle, and Abersoch, a harbour town also renowned for its beaches and watersports facilities. There is there is a launderette about 50 yards away from the property opposite the school which is open most days.
