This spacious family friendly 4-bed house has a premium location within the exclusive Los Naranjos de Marbella complex has been furnished tastefully with all that you would expect from home-from-home Holiday accommodation including air conditioning / heating, marble bathrooms and marble flooring throughout and a fully equipped kitchen.

The exclusive Los Naranjos de Marbella complex is just 1500 metres from Port Banus (3 minute drive or 20 minute level, well-lit stroll). A large supermarket has recently opened within the complex itself (Mercadona). Close by busy Port Banus area contains some of the most impressive yachts in the world and is surrounded by designer shops and fashion boutiques, cafes and restaurants, and great night life with bars, music venues and discos which are open until dawn.

This is an ideal location for golfers as there are more than 50 courses along the Costa del Sol, all easily and quickly accessible.

This fully air-conditioned 4 bed room house has a master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite with two further double bedrooms with 2 sets of twin beds and a fully fitted bathroom and a downstairs toilet. There is also a extended ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room, which would ideal for children of people with mobility issues. The main feature of this house is its very large private paved garden which opens directly onto the adjacent communal pool, kiddies play area and dining area, super for families with children The town house is located close a restaurant and bar plus a supermarket. All this makes for a great family and community environment, all within a short distance to all amenities and walking distance to the port and beach. Nearest beach: 3 min by car. Nearest bars/restaurants: 2 min by foot. Nearest golf course 2 min by foot. Located between Marbella Town and Estepona lies Puerto Banus. Renowned as a holiday resort and home to the rich and famous, Puerto Banus offers one of the best year round climates in Europe. Puerto Banus is home to some of the finest shops and restaurants in Spain and has a large yacht marina.

The extensive private ground floor terrace is an absolute bonus for this unit. It lends itself to outside living in this lovely climate and features sun-beds, outdoor dining suite, large parasol and a BBQ.

Now with dedicated WIFI internet and IPTV.

Due to the current drought conditions we are experiencing in Andalucía, it is current that community swimming pools cannot be filled or topped-up with water. Therefore it may be the case (depending on community) that the swimming pool may not be in use. We will update this information periodically on advise from the Junta de Andalucía.
