The apartment is newly painted and furnished. Most of the equipment is new. The area is quiet and safe. It is situated within walking distance to Puerto Banus and to the beach.

Apartment with big terrace and a small garden in a quiet location approx 1 km (3/4 mile) from the beach and all amenities in Puerto Banus. The urbanization is very secure and close to the apartment there are two swimmingpools (one for small children).

Please respect that we do not rent out to hen or stag parties!

On the entrance floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the kitchen and the livingroom. From this floor there is an entrance to the terrace. On the terrace there are dining and seating furniture. Two more bedrooms are situated in the basement.

Costa del Sol is known to most people for its beaches and good golf options.

It is an ideal base for visiting the many beautiful and cultural cities of Andalucia.

It is all within 1-2 hours drive-Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba ,Granada, Malaga and Gibraltar.

Puerto Banus

Puerto Banus is the place where the rich and famous drive their boats and cars, and shows off for all of us others!

But it is also a good place if you want to have a good holiday like going to the beach, dining on good restaurants (there are both cheap and expensive ones), and if you like party life.

The apartment is situated in a gated community called "Andalucia Alta". The community is run by a Scottish person as president and members of the staff are British and Spanish.
