Thurne View is a well presented, three-bedroom detached cottage situated on the Ludham bank and is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the spectacular views of the River Thurne. South east facing this property has an open plan living/dining room with a large sofe and two arm charis, TV/DVD and an electric fire. From the living room the front door leads you onto a private deck with table & chairs and a small grass area with river frontage.

The cottage sleeps up to 5 guests in three bedrooms, the master bedroom offers river frontage views and a double bed, there is a second bedroom with two single beds, a further compact third bedroom with a single bed. There is a family bathroom which includes a bath with shower over.

The compact kitchen includes a micorwave and is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay. Thurne View also includes an iron and ironing board.

Parking for one car is available approximately 644m from the property.

Mooring for one boat is available in front of the property.

Pets must not be left unattended in the holiday property.

Pets are not permitted in bedrooms or on any furniture or soft furnishings. We would advise you to bring along a pet bed to make sure your four-legged family member is as comfy as you are while on holiday.

Pets must be supervised at all times both inside and out of the property. Since most of our properties are close to open water frontage, and may not be fenced completely, pets should be kept on a lead outside at all times.

Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside of the property.

How do damage deposits work?

If Broads Escapes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
