The Torres del Sol Complex in Los Cristianos (It is situated right between the Los Cristianos and Las Americas beaches, which are connected via the promenade.) has a unique style that you only find in buildings of that area. The complex is comprised of two towers and two, 3 storied buildings. Its location is unbeatable, being located right on Las Vistas beach and only one minute walk from the Golden Mile where you can find hundreds of bars, restaurants and shops.

Apartment is situated on the 13th floor and has incredible, unbelievable, fabulous, amazing view over the ocean and the island.

The apartments consist of a bedroom and living-dining area with sofa bed. Part of the living area is given over to a kitchen, which includes fridge, electric coffee maker, kettle, oven,hobs. The washing machine you can find in bathroom. The apartment has a balcony. EXTRA Conditions:

Any booking over 7 days get a Linen and towel change once a week include in price.

Damage deposit 200 pounds or 250 EUR is required upon arrival to cover any possible damages by cash, this will be refunded when the property has been inspected on your departure

Access to the apartment is from 3:00 pm onwards on any day and the departure time is 11:00 am.

Cots, mattress for cots and baby bedding for cots being provided to guests upon request at an additional cost.I have an agent in Tenerife close by who is available to help you if you have any questions during your stay

The Torres del Sol has 2 Main Swimming Pools, One is the Swimming Pools is a Square Pool on the Beach Side of the Complex with a Child's Pool. The 2nd Pool is nearly with a Child’s Pool and is in the middle of the Complex. Swimming Pools is a Square Pool on the Beach Side of the Complex is heated. The Torres del Sol Supermarket is open from early to late.

100 metres away is a Mercadona supermarket, which is the best known and cheapest supermarket in Spain. Close by there is also a bus stop from which you can reach any part of the island. If you are thinking about a holiday in the south of Tenerife, you should really consider a stay in the Torres del Sol.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Evgeny (the owner) a message.

If Evgeny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
