From the owner

A Studio is situated on the ground floor in charming and silent beachfront residence in the heart of Playa de las Americas, in few steps away from a lot of restaurants, shops, bars etc. We have a secured territory accessible through code-closed gate. Two swimming pools (one is acclimatized for a winter season) and child's pool (0,5m) are in your disposal. All necessary vacation items are there for being useful for you (air con., equipped kitchen, tv, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, safe, wi-fi)!

There is a sleeping zone with a double bed and living room with a kitchen corner and sofa-bed (convertible into another double bed sleeping place). A private terrace with plastic furniture over looking the swimming pool.

A direct access from our territory will take you onto the large sandy Las Vistas beach.

There are a lot of free parking places in the street along, but not always available (!). You could also find a subterranean parkings (€) at a 100 meters distance.

Bath towels and sheets are provided (included in the price). Upon your request we can organize a cleaning service and bedding & towels change (extra charge). Please, note: there are no any changing of bedding neither towels for stays up to 10 nights.

Great complex with plenty of restaurants within easy reach. The apartment was comfortable but was just starting to look a little bit tired especially the bathroom.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olga (the owner) a message.

If Olga (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
