Máxima limpieza con productos desinfectantes. Muy luminoso. Tiene de todo: Piscina, WIFI, fibra óptica propia Gratis. Parking gratis, aire acondicionado, toda la ropa y menaje que puedas necesitar, lavadora, nevera con congelador independiente, plancha, placa de inducción, microondas con grill, secador de pelo, hervidor para infusiones.... TV Smart TV con aplicaciones directas de Netflix, Amazon Prime… Todo a estrenar. Caja fuerte, secador de pelo…

Reforma alto standing. Música ambiental e iluminación graduable en tono e intensidad. Situado a 4 minutos caminando de la playa, junto al Casino, con parada de taxis y bus a 50 metros, a 200 metros del Palacio de Congresos Magma. 6ª Planta.

Supermercados, restaurantes y excelentes paseos. Muy cerca de todo y muy tranquilo para descansar. No tendrás que traer nada. Terraza amplia con mesa y 2 sillas tumbonas. Muebles nuevos nórdicos, una cama doble y un sofá-cama doble muy cómodos. Toldo de cierre de la terraza.

Cuna de viaje para bebés. Baño amplio con plato de ducha.

El apartamento se entrega dotado con toda la ropa de cama que se necesite, toallas de baño y de lavabo. Tampoco tendrán que viajar con toallas de playa, porque las tiene limpias en el apartamento. Así como paños de cocina, detergente lavavajillas, bayetas... y papel higiénico o jabón de manos.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Alejandro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
