From the owner

New to market and renovated, a lovely one-bedroom air conditioned apartment in the front-line complex of Parque Santiago 2, located in Playa de las Americas. The apartment has new kitchen and bathroom, new beds & new furniture throughout, full kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave & washing machine, 43" Smart tv with BBC1, ITV, Channel 4, Sky News etc as well as Netflix & Prime Video (to log into), bedside internet radio (BBC radio 1, 2, 3, 4 etc) and a DVD player with 50+ movies to choose from. There is free wifi access in the apartment from a private router offering download speeds of up to 100mbps (fast!). There is also free wifi at the pool and throughout the complex. The apartment is located on the third floor with fantastic views of Teide and surrounding landscape and part-views of the sea (no lift). There is a large sunny balcony (sun from early morning to late afternoon) with extendible awning for shade. The open plan design of the apartment makes it ideal only for a couple or a couple with pre-teen children and is not suitable for 4 adults. The apartment was visited by Trip Advisor in March 2016.

Why can't I call DS (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send DS (the owner) a message.

If DS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
