The house is a late-1950s home situated in Downtown/Old Towne Plano.
A variety of outdoor living and dining spaces including a cozy front porch, relaxing deck with rocking chairs, a backyard fire pit perfect for socializing, and outdoor dining area for meals or doing some work on a warm Texas afternoon.
Inside is a cozy living room with a fireplace and television, dining room with seating for up to eight, a modern galley kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, and a variety of small appliances (toaster, juicer, blender, and electric kettle) for guest use. Off the kitchen is a laundry area that guests are also free to use upon request.
Guests will have private use of their guest room and guest bathroom. The guest room features a queen-sized bed with 310 thread-count sheets and ample pillows. There is also a closet supplied with hangers, a luggage rack, fresh bathrobes, and slippers. The room is also equipped with an Apple TV-connected television, plenty of outlets for device charging, and an adjustable ceiling fan. Depending on the weather, you may also sleep with the window open as the neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
During your stay the hall bathroom will be reserved for guest-only use and features a bathtub/shower. Plenty of towels provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and extra toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, etc.) available upon request.
The living room, dining room, kitchen, mud/laundry room (upon request and after receiving instructions), and all outdoor spaces (including the front porch, backyard, and deck) are shared spaces.
Guests do not have access to the office, master bedroom, or garage.
