Se alquila cortijo con capacidad para 12 personas para fines de semana (500 €) con Wifi gratis, Netflix y HBO

Situado en plena vega a tan solo 12 Km de Granada con un pequeño huerto con frutos propios de cada época del año para consumo exclusivo de los inquilinos de la casa.

Fácil acceso ya que estamos a 600 metros de la autovía A-92 y a 6 Km del Aeropuerto.

A tan solo 300 metros del cortijo hay una parada de autobús que les lleva a Granada. A 4 km. de los pueblos de Atarfe, Pinos Puente, Santa Fe y Fuente Vaqueros. Perfecto para ser ocupado en cualquier época del año.

Cuenta con -piscina , barbacoa, zona de césped,huerto,pequeña zona infantil con columpios, chimenea con horno de leña y perfectamente equipado.Cuenta con servicio de comida a domicilio, churros con chocolate a domicilio servicio de taxis.

En su interior cuenta con 5 dormitorios, 3 baños , 2 salones uno de ellos de 80 m2 con gran chimenea y billar, futbolin, hockey,ping-pong, mesa y maletin de poker y numerosos juegos de mesa.

Hemos incorporado nuestro escape room particular " reto Torre Hueca" con una gran aceptación. Recientemente hemos incorporado un segundo escape room " secreto Torre Hueca" a petición de nuestros clientes repetidores.

En cuanto a los enseres, está muy bien equipada pues cuenta con lavavajillas, vitrocerámica,microondas, un frigorífico de 1,80 de alto solo frigorífico y un arca congeladora, lavadora, plancha, 3 secadores de pelo y enseres de cocina hay dos vajillas y cristalería completa , dos baterías de cocina, un rosco de butano paellero con patas y bombona de butano y sartenes y paelleras de todos los tamaños, Freidora , sandwichera,asadora, calienta biberones, calentador de agua y menaje de cocina todo lo que pueda necesitar para una estancia cómoda.

A la llegada de los huéspedes les recibimos personalmente, indicandoles el funcionamiento de la casa para lo que cuentan con un inventario ordenado por orden alfabético de todos y cada uno de los enseres de la casa. Les indicamos los horarios de autobuses y lugares cercanos donde pueden comer o pedir comida a domicilio al igual que los lugares que pueden visitar y les recomendamos los típicos alimentos y dulces que no deben dejar de degustar durante su estancia. Por supuesto durante la duración de su estancia estamos pendientes de cualquier necesidad que les pueda surgir siempre previo aviso ya que para nosotros la intimidad es algo muy respetado.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Amelia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
