From the owner

This is a four bedrooms beach house on a idyllic beach.

The house is over three floor with downstairs been a large living/ dining room, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffe machine etc... toilet and a sunlounge with large doors opening to the glorious beach.

On the first there’re three bedrooms, a large double room with huge window overlooking the sea! A trio bunk bed on the other room ( please note this is a walk through room to go to upstairs to the on suite- only suitable for children) and a bunk on the third room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. And a family bathroom.

On the second floor it’s a large on suite with a double bed and a single.

Pets are allowed but not on furniture or in the bedrooms. A small charge of £20 fee per dog is required.
Lock up and switch off everything before you leave the property. Empty the bins and make sure you put everything back to it’s original place( if you move anything)
Clean up after your dog on the beach and keep noise down in consideration to our neighbours. Thanks

Why can't I call Cleo (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cleo (the owner) a message.

If Cleo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
