Set in attractive landscaped grounds with palms and mature shrubs, this modern 2 bedroom holiday bungalow is situated in Bayview Oxwich. It is the ideal place for those wanting a quiet location, with a 5 minute walk to Oxwich Bay Hotel, and Oxwich Bay itself, a beautiful sandy beach stretching all the way to Three Cliffs Bay.

The bungalow is just a few minutes walk into the village, which has a small convenience store, fish & chip shop, The Beach House Restaurant and the Oxwich Bay Hotel. During high season a water sports club operates from the beach with everything from windsurfing, kayaking to sailing. Oxwich Castle is also a short stroll away.

The property has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) both equipped with wall mounted lcd flat screen TV's. The Twin room TV comes complete with built in DVD player.

The lounge Diner is fully furnished with a dining table set and a comfortable leather sofa and 2 armchairs together with a flat screen 32" LCD TV.

The high spec bathroom comes fully tiled with luxurious travertine tiles. There is a freestanding wash basin together with a shower cubicle, electric shower plus w.c. and electric towel rail.

The kitchen boasts high gloss cream fitted wall and base units with built in oven,hob and fridge. There is also a table top freezer and full size washer/dryer.

The Lounge and Bedrooms each have wall mounted storage heaters with timer function. There is also an iron/ironing board and travel cot at the property.

The bungalow is in a prime position on the park being the nearest property on the park to the village and beach. You can enjoy an " al fresco" dinner or simply relax on the sun drenched patio which boasts sun all day long.

Duvets and Pillows are provided ONLY. (No linen or towels are provided) Electricity is included in the price. No Pets Allowed & No smoking at the property. Please note we do not accept parties with all ages below 30. The bungalow has allocated Parking. A car is advised for the Oxwich area.

Surrounding Area:- Award winning Beaches and Blue Flag Beaches, Gower Heritage Centre, Perriswood Falconry & Archery Centre, Country Pubs, Near Coastal Path and various breath taking walking routes, Watersports & boat trips operating from the beach in High Season, Pony Trekking Nearby, Pick Your Own Fruit at Nicholston Farm when in season. Children's indoor soft play and indoor pool 5 mins drive (Seasonal Opening Times). Swansea is a 20 mins drive with LC2 indoor Swimming Pool and Waterslides. Mumbles with its boutiques and coffee shops is 15 mins by car.

A lovely week the chalet was at a perfect location nice walk down the lane then a Welsh breakfast lava bread and cockles. Chalet was ideal definitely to be recommended.

How do damage deposits work?

If Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
