This fully equipped and furnished one story, 2 bedroom bungalow will appeal to your ideas of a relaxing vacation! If you desire internet, this home is so equipped and has Wi-Fi! Just bring your clothing and personal care items! The East facing deck off the living room lets you watch the gorgeous sun AND moon rises over beautiful, relaxing Lake Winnebago! A 40' dock for you to fish from, or step into the water from it's ladder for swimming! Complete with flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, your entertainment needs will be met. There is also a large side yard for activities such as croquet, badminton or volleyball, when you might not be enjoying water activities. The kitchen is fully equipped, stocked with anything needed for your culinary desires. There is an electric glass top range, double door refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispensers, built-in dishwasher and microwave too! In the event you need to wash clothes, there is a 1st floor washer and dryer for your needs. So............make your reservation for a relaxing stay at "Shorewood". It is directly west of and across the lake from our other rental called "Twilight", and just a few minutes from the city limits of Oshkosh, WI.

We are certainly sorry that the lawn mowers were not there before you took tenancy; they are hired and mow as needed. Regarding the lake weeds, that is something that mother nature does depending on sunlight, water clarity and winds. Earlier in the year is best for swimming because of that and the DNR makes it a bit difficult to remove them. So sorry you found the mattresses too firm; others say too soft. Don't have a solution for that, but would love to have you back! Paul & Kristie

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
