Disfruta de tus vacaciones en nuestra Casa Rural Champasak; está situada en Las Barreras, a 2km de Órgiva, capital de las Alpujarras granadinas . El clima subtropical de Órgiva, hará que puedas gozar del sol prácticamente todo el año.

La Casa de Vacaciones Champasak te ofrece dos amplios dormitorios. Uno triple con baño en suite, y otro doble con baño privado. Las tarifas básicas son hasta 5 personas. También es posible alojar a 6 (10€ adicionales por persona por noche).

Dos salones y una gran cocina totalmente equipada completan sus más de 100 m² interiores.

En el exterior encontrarás un agradable jardín con zona para comer y piscina privada de agua salada (menos del 10% de sal que en el mar y sin químicos). La casa consta de dos plantas con entradas y jardines totalmente independientes (sólo comparten el aparcamiento). Nuestros huéspedes se alojan en la planta baja, nosotros vivimos en la primera.

La casa está en un lugar privilegiado a tan sólo 50 minutos de Granada, a media hora de las playas de la Costa Tropical y de los pueblos blancos alpujarreños como Pampaneira, Bubión y Capileira. La estación de esqui de Sierra Nevada se encuentra a una hora.

La casa está muy bien situada para hacer caminatas, ciclismo, bici de montaña o simplemente para disfrutar de la naturaleza.

Enjoy your holidays in Casa Champasak, a holiday house in a sunny and green environment with swimming pool. You will find us at only 2 kms from Órgiva, a village in the Alpujarras which boasts a subtropical climate, situated in a valley on the south side of the Sierra Nevada. Casa Champasak offers you two large rooms : a triple bedroom with en suite bathroom and a double bedroom with private bathroom. Two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete the interior part. Outside you can relax in a very nice garden with terrace and private salted swimming pool (less than 10% of salt compared with sea water and no chemicals). Casa Champasak consists of two floors. Each floor has its own garden and its own entrance (only the parking lot is to be shared). Our guests stay at the ground floor and dispose of a more than 100m² living area. We live upstairs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jeroen (the owner) a message.

If Jeroen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
