On The Pacific Ocean near the Oceanside Pier, this 2 bedroom 2 bath 1400 Sq Ft Condo is one of the largest in an exclusive gated community of 70 units. Beach and Ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. This unit features a personal beach view patio to relax in or BBQ. The living room has a large wrap around reclining couch, separate recliner, fireplace and wet bar.

There is an oversized fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Accommodations for 6, the master bedroom has a king size bed and features a sitting area, large walk in closet, double vanity and separate double shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, twin trundle bed and large closet. There are flat panel TV's in the living room, and both bedrooms with Dish TV, a DVR and DVD player. The unit comes with WiFi and a full size washer and dryer, 2 community spas, elevator,parking garage with one assigned parking space, a guest parking pass and Hybrid Auto Charging Station Watch your kids play on the beach. Just steps away, walk out the front gate and you are on the beach and The Strand.

Walk to pier, marina, restaurants, shopping, movies, night-life & more. . 30 minutes to San Diego Zoo, Sea World, San Diego Airport and all of the San Diego activities. Or head north to Disneyland or Los Angeles for the day. Oceanside has the longest wooden pier on the West Coast. . Oceanside Harbor for Sailing, Whale Watching (in Season), and Deep Sea Fishing. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
