This property is exceptional quality and very well maintained. Not the normal vacation rental. You won't regret choosing this property for your family! The owners cook a lot so Fully Equipped Kitchen.

Perfect for cooking Holiday Dinner. Free Parking on Premises two car attached garage parking. Community BBQ shared with two other Townhomes. Wake up to the sound of the crashing waves and watch the surfers ride one of the renowned breaks of Southern California. Tower 7 offers 1700 sq.ft of living space on 2 levels, plus private roof top.

Sleeps 6 in three very comfortable bedrooms, two king size and one queen; two full bathrooms upstairs including master en suite and 1/2 bathroom on main level. We have sleeper sofa in living room for additional person (full size). The amenities include 2 fireplaces, fully equipped spacious kitchen with Breakfast bar that seats 4, dining room for 8 and beautifully appointed living room with adjacent work space. Flat screen TV's in living and master bedroom. ,Free Hi-speed WiFi.

Ceiling Fans between Living room and Dining room and all bedrooms. Completely refreshed top to bottom with new furniture, paint, linens, kitchen ware, full size wash/dryer. We provide Linens, beach and bath towels, sand toys, boogie boards, beach umbrella and beach chairs.

Located on a quiet residential street with gated courtyard access, Tower 7 is a 10 minute beach walk to the Oceanside pier and downtown shops. Enjoy Thursday night farmers market, a thriving food scene, and easy access to local attractions. The home is located 3 blocks from the Oceanside Transit Center. Hop on the Coaster or Amtrak to visit the Del Mar Fairgrounds, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Old Town and Downtown San Diego. Enjoy Oceanside's renowned trendy restaurants within easy walk. A perfect holiday destination - play in the surf, unwind on the deck, dine at nearby restaurants or cook on the BBQ grill. Centrally located near So-Cal's top destinations, including Disneyland, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Lego land, Trestles beach, etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
