“Excellent accommodation”

Reviewed 9 Feb 2017

This lovely accommodation had everything we could possibly need. It was very comfortable and cosy for our cold February week. Everywhere was spotless, and the books, DVDs and wifi added to the experience.

Owner's reply: Glad you had a comfortable stay

Me and my 2 children stayed at this holiday home for the half term week. We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The actual bar itself is top quality with everything u would need for a week away including hair dryer, TV and dvds (big hit with my children, we watched Alvin and the chipmunks and marley + me) the kitchen is fully equipped and I even done all my washing! The beds are lovely and comfy, lovely fluffy towels, nice power shower. Hanging space for clothes. All in all we had a brilliant stay. The owners are so wonderful and helped with anything they possibly could. Didn't mind me having visitors to the barn which is a big bonus as I come to Norwich regularly to see family here. They even let my children (who aren't the quietest of kids) play in their garden with play equipment and my little boy enjoyed seeing the owners animals which was the highlight of his stay! We will definitely be coming to stay again. There is a brilliant park within walking distance and we also went conker picking! Massive tesco supermarket ten minute drive away, plenty of nice pubs and a fab Chinese take away not far too. Thankyou for making our stay an enjoyable one and we'll definitely be seeing u again in the future I'm sure.

Owner's reply: It was lovely to meet you all. Thank you for your comments and we look forward to seeing you again.

“Close to Norwich; Spotless; Comfortable; Perfect!”

Reviewed 5 Sep 2016

The cottage was absolutely spotless, in perfect condition overall, nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable. There are two bedrooms, one full bath, and a second separate toilet. It had everything one could possibly want, including a large separate freezer unit. The mattress is comfortable, the television is large, and there is a stereo system. There is a gas range/oven in addition to a microwave. They have a generous selection of kitchen utensils. There is a washer/dryer. The WiFi was blazing fast. The cottage is located very close to Norwich in a quiet little village. Travel in any direction is very easy as the A140 is about 1/2 mile away. While we were there, we not only went into Norwich, but we traveled to North Norfolk and the area south of Norwich down to Suffolk. This was all very convenient given the location of the cottage. There is secure parking. There is a large food superstore a couple of miles away and we were able to get whatever we wanted to eat very easily. The owners are wonderful people who do whatever they can to make your stay pleasant. There is no doubt whatsoever that we will stay there again. It was a great experience and tremendous value for the money.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your comments, it would be lovely to see you again. Hope the house hunting proves successful.
