Beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit. Very quiet and secluded located. Everything is brand new and updated including appliances. Beautiful tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Right across and closest condo to the largest of the 3 pools. Right next to the shaded path that goes directly to the beach. The perfect location for children. Walk to a car-free beach.

Decorated with Florida style, the living room features cable TV with a flat-screen HDTV and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for 6. The spacious master bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen HDTV, sliders to the patio, and a private master bath with tub/shower. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms both feature queen size beds. The 2nd bath features a tub/shower.

Free WiFi, free nationwide calling, cable TV, and full-size washer/dryer. Pet Friendly for rentals 28-nights or longer(pets must be 20pds or smaller, N0 CATS).

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's. Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach.
