Smyrna Beach Club is a gated, oceanfront condo complex on the quiet, south end of New Smyrna Beach. This is a 5th floor completely renovated, nicely furnished 2 bed/2 bath unit. Wake up each morning with sounds of the ocean waves and sip your morning coffee on your balcony with a wonderful view of the beach and the pool where there is an oversized deck, lots of chairs and umbrellas. The master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed with master bathroom including a walk-in shower. Just outside the master bedroom is a quiet sitting room for napping on the chaise, reading or just taking in the ocean view. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and the guest bath is just outside the bedroom door and includes a tub and shower. The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything you will need to create a complete family meal or a simple snack, including a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave & dishwasher. There is a rasied bar for a quick snack or a dining table with room to seat 6. The living room also boasts a big recliner for that after sun nap as well as a sleeper couch with a really nice air mattress for extra guests. The unit has free wifi, cable TV and DVD player. There are beach chairs and a few beach toys for you to use. The complex also has tennis and shuffleboard courts or if you’d prefer to golf there are several 18-hole courses just minutes away! Linens and towels are all provided and there is a laundry on premises as well.

Why can't I call Karen (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Karen (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
