This updated second floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo includes flat screen TVs, an electric fireplace, and glass walk-in shower are just a few of the updates. An assigned parking spot directly across from the condo makes it easy to unload your car and walk up the stairs to your unit (there is no elevator). Visitor parking is also close-by.

The kitchen has been totally redesigned for ease of cooking with new stainless steel appliances, espresso colored cabinets, stone counter tops and is fully-equipped for meal preparation. The dining area just off the kitchen seats 6 comfortably for dinner or a game of Monopoly.

The family room has a sectional sofa that makes for great viewing of the 55-inch wall-mounted TV complete with Spectrum cable channels. An electric fireplace makes it warm and inviting should a winter chill arrive. A glass slider opens onto the balcony which overlooks palms and oaks of the beach access property.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a wall-mounted TV. Separate access to the south facing balcony allows you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The tiled master bath has a glass walk-in shower with a double sink vanity.

The second bedroom features twin beds with wall-mounted flat screen TV. The second bathroom is tiled with stone sink and vanity, and has a tub/shower combo.

Need to do laundry? Full-sized washer and dryer are inside the unit adjacent the dining area.

Want to spend the day at the beach? It's just a short walk and the unit has a beach cart with chairs/towels/coolers to help you enjoy the day. NOTE: Due to Hurricane Ian the stairs to the beach are CLOSED until repaired.

Want to watch a space launch from Cape Canaveral, you can do that right from the master bedroom window or walk across to the beach for a better view. OR you can spend the day at any of the Orlando area attractions, just an hour or so drive from the condo.

Whether you wish a fun week-long vacation or an entire season, you’re sure to enjoy your stay at Sea Woods 260.
