This pet-friendly rental has a partly fenced front yard with plenty of space for your pet and a beautiful pool oasis in the backyard. This location can't be beaten, with Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park right around the corner.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

This newly renovated vacation rental has an open floor plan that way your family and friends can enjoy time together. The kitchen includes updated appliances and is complete with all the cooking ware you'll need to make home-cooked meals while on vacation. It has a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The living room is beautifully decorated with coastal and bright hues and has a flat-screen TV and a double sliding door out to the outdoor patio. Enjoy a cocktail by the pool in one of the sun loungers or use the grill to have a BBQ and have dinner outside while you savor every moment in Naples. The master bedroom also has private access to the pool area and includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a single vanity. The second and third bedroom share a full bathroom with plenty of room for toiletries on a single vanity. Both bedrooms include a flat-screen TV, but the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has twin beds. Take pleasure in sipping your coffee out on the front porch, by the pool deck, or at the breakfast bar. This property is spacious but also private for your family's comfort.

Welcome Basket

Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their car

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
