Kittiwake is our comfortable Holiday Chalet, in the seaside village of Mundesley on the North Norfolk coast.

It is a 10 minute walk to Mundesley's extensive Blue Flag beach and the Village with several great pubs and beachfront cafes; several take-away's and a couple of convenience stores; the closest just 3 minutes walk from the Chalet. The Village also boasts a skateboard park, outdoor gym and crazy golf course.

The chalet has its own allocated parking and looks on to an extensive grass playing field and there are a table and garden chairs for outdoor dining or just relaxing.

The Chalet has a lounge/dining area with two sofa's, dining table and four chairs. It has a Freeview T.V. with DVD/CD player and the site has free WiFi.

A fully equipped galley kitchen has a four burner hob and oven, fridge and microwave.

At present, there are two bedrooms; one bunkroom with 2 beds and one with a double bed. This room also contains a shower. There is a separate W.C. and hand basin.

Hot water and electricity are not included in the hire charge. A coin electric meter which takes both £1 and £2 coins is located in the cloakroom / toilet. There are free standing heaters supplied.The meter will be in credit when you arrive and it would be appreciated if you leave the same level of credit when you leave, to ensure a supply of electricity for the lights and fridge. The meter is set to make the same charge for electricity as a normal domestic supply.

Water Heater is set under the kitchen worktop and the switch is on the wall above the worktop. You should not need to alter the settings. This supplies hot water for the kitchen sink and wash-hand basin. The water heater works quickly and we suggest that you turn it off when not in the Chalet.

Electric Shower power switch is above the medicine cabinet in the double bedroom and controlled by the settings on the shower. It would be appreciated if you use the extractor fan whenever you take a shower.

Bed linen is not supplied, so you will need to bring sheets, duvet covers, pillows and pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

Cleaning materials are supplied for your use and a lightweight vacuum cleaner, table-top ironing board, bin bags etc are all supplied. Please bag all waste and place in the waste bins next to the site office.

Bookings cannot be accepted for parties under 21 years of age.

Regrettably no Pets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
