Description

A well-presented cottage arranged on three floors; Built recently it has all the modern comforts of central heating and double glazing. The kitchen/dining/living area is open plan with a dining table, sofa and armchairs and french doors to the garden. The bedrooms are as follows: ground floor double with en-suite shower room, the First floor; double with en-suite shower room, twin bedded room and family bathroom. There is an attic room set up as an additional family space. This room has a single bed. All rooms have a small wall mounted TV with DVD players.

The kitchen is fully equipped, gas hob/electric oven; fridge, microwave; sink and dishwasher. The utility room has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and butlers sink.

We supply all linen and beds will be made up for your arrival. Towels are not provided. Please note the price includes all service charges.

The property has a small garden laid to lawn backing onto the Danes Stream (but securely gated), BBQ, garden table and chairs. There is off road parking for two vehicles and a shed suitable for storing bikes.

Children under one year in the same room as paying guests are FOC, pets are welcome at an additional £5 per day (maximum of 2 small/medium dogs).

Please note - during peak season the minimum booking period may be increased.

A wonderful 3 days stay at the summer house. We love Milford on Sea and we loved The Summer House. A spacious and peaceful home. Lovely to be able to walk to the shops, pubs, restaurants etc and of course the sea. A great location in the high street and we would love to return. Thankyou so much x

Just back from a lovely weekend break in the Summer house. We took my elderly parents and accommodation was perfect for the four of us, especially the downstairs ensuite bedroom which meant they didn't have to worry about the stairs The house is very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The pictures on here do not do it justice and it exceeded our expectations. A great location with just a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

For our short weekend break the summer house met are needs perfectly, the down stairs bedroom with ensuite was great for my mum who hate stairs, being able to walk to the shops and pubs was more relaxing then having to drive,we walked to Hurst castle with stunning views of the needles, the next day we explored the forest which we know well ,would definitely recommend

How do damage deposits work?

If Suzanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
