The condo is by far one of the most affordable condos in the Brickell area. Ideal for travelling nurses, medical professional, interns, corporate executives, students, retirees or vacationers who are looking for an all-inclusive condo in a great Residential Building!! We are giving an additional 10% discount to Medical Professional on monthly rentals.

This privately owned Modern Upscale condo has white polished marble floors that extends through out the balcony. The condo is located on the 39th floor and has spectacular UNOBSTRUCTED views of the ocean, Biscayne bay and Brickell skyline ( day or night)!! For music and movie lovers it has a 50" Plasma HDTV with hi-tech surround sounds, Blu-Ray player, in-wall speakers that provide sounds to every corner including the bathroom.

Once you make your booking I will personally meet and greet each guest at the lobby and get you familiarized with the condo and the building amenities. I enjoy helping you get the most out of your stay by giving you great places to visit and enjoy. We are locals and live here few miles away from the condo. If you are looking to rent a boat I can direct you in the right direction also since I work in the boating industry. The condo has a high end sound system for enjoyment of your entertainment. There are some historic sites and places nearby that most travelers miss because no one tells them.

The condo is located in a Residential building no loud music and parties are allowed by the condo association. The Free 24 hour valet parking is provided for monthly paying guest for longer than a 3 month rental. Valet Parking is available for other guest at hourly or daily/weekly/monthly rate. The condo is suitable for a couple or 3 maximum guests. I usually rent this condo for business professionals but during COVID-19 I would like to help our First Responders.

How do damage deposits work?
