An wonderful Andalusian style villa with fantastic outdoor facilities as a private heated pool & Jacuzzi within short distance to fine beach. The villa is for 12 persons.

This outstanding villa with 4 double bedrooms + 1 family bedroom with 2 independent rooms ensuite for 4 persons, 4 bathrooms and guest toilet is located 250 meters from Santa Maria Golf Club and less than 2 km to the beach. Sleeps in total 12 persons.

This villa is one of a kind. A typical Andalusian construction with hand paved pebble decorated entrance and outdoor terrace. The decorating skills of the owner have made the entire property to a high end and wonderful holiday home. A fantastic opportunity complimenting your well-deserved holiday.

The villa provides heated pool and Jacuzzi. For winterletting the property has floor heating throughout the entire property. A much desired feature as winter nights can be chilly in low season.

The impressive entrance of the villa with elevated ceiling 6 meters above ground level has a guest toilet and gives access to the first floor with 3 bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are on ground floor level.

The tremendous sized and more than well equipped kitchen with dining table has a warm atmosphere. The centre isle gives possibility of joining the chef whilst preparing dinner.

From the kitchen there is direct access to both the patio towards north and the partly covered terrace towards south. The terrace towards south has a sofa group complemented with fine views to the Mediterranean. The terrace, garden & pool area provide a dining table, large gas BBQ. The well maintained garden is orientated directly south and consequently has sun throughout the entire day.

The terrace is partly covered with sofa group. There are sufficient sun lounges and various slumber lounges.

The property is secured with indoor and outdoor alarm.

The cosy decorated living has 2 areas; one for lounging the other for gaming. Also from the living you have access to the covered terrace and garden & pool.

The first floor provides 8 sleeps: 1 family room for 4 persons + 2 bedrooms for 4 persons:

A master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with 2 independent sinks, a bathtub, shower and toilet.

The second bedroom shares the en suite bathroom of the master bedroom.

The 3 bedroom is divided into 2 rooms with both double beds and perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. This room has an en suite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms with both double beds and en suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink.

How do damage deposits work?
