This traditional style terraced house is set over two floors. You enter on the top floor which holds three good size double bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, a full en suite bathroom and access via shuttered windows to the terrace with some wonderful sea views. The second bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and access to the terrace also. The third bedroom has twin beds and built-in wardrobes. Downstairs there is a large open lounge diner with fireplace feature and shuttered french windows lead out onto the private terrace and garden. Here you can enjoy some spectacular views of the sea and North Africa from sun rise to sun set. The kitchen is off the dining area and is fully equipt. There is also another guest bath and some storage next to this and there is also a couple of storage rooms and a downstairs cloakroom.

This beautiful rustic style property is situated in the prestigious area of Los Altos de Marbella. Poised on the hillside the property boasts some fantastic panoramic views of Marbella, the Mediterranean and North Africa. This is a peaceful development with just a few private properties and a lovely shared pool, situated just 20 metres from the property and surrounded by mature gardens. Marbella is just a 20 minute drive away with is numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Puerto Banus can be found a further 10 minutes drive away with all of its restaurants, bars and impressive shops, and of course its famous Marina
