Almost five miles from Portmeirion accessed through the courtyard of the owners' small pottery is Lofft Gwair a conversion from an eighteenth century hayloft that has retained lovely original features. This spacious unusual accommodation on the outskirts of Maentwrog in the Vale of Ffestiniog has lovely views and is ideal for bird watching, mountain biking and pony trekking. Lovely beaches not far away and the Ffestiniog railway are additional attractions.
