Come escape and play on the beach!

Completely renovated - with brand new appliances in the kitchen and a breakfast nook area to enjoy a quick meal or relax and have a cocktail. Large screen smart TV in the living room to watch your favorite TV shows or your favorite Netflix series. You also have free wifi throughout the condo so you can keep in touch with family and friends back home.

There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom with an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom for your convenience. All towels and linens are here, including some beach towels. The sleeper sofa has a full size memory foam mattress for extra guests to be comfortable.

The screened in patio has a great view of the intercoastal/ marina with comfortable seating to enjoy your happy hour beverage or morning coffee. Enjoy the gas grill on the waterfront patio to grill up the catch of the day or some dinner, plus there are a couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use, so no need to pack those items. We are very close to the gate to access the beach across the street.

Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars, shopping, library, park area, grocery stores, and much more! Madeira Beach has lots of wonderful things to do and the beautiful beach is right across the street.

So many great amenities at the Yacht Club to enjoy: two saltwater pools, an exercise/weight room, billiards room, and sauna. This waterfront community is secured with a gated entrance and features sidewalks by the water for you to enjoy a waterfront walk in the morning.
