This detached character cottage is in the village of Llanrwst, five miles from Betws y Coed, and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.Dale Cottage is a lovely detached, character cottage in the village of Llanrwst, five miles from Betws y Coed. The cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms which all have their own en-suite facilities and include three double rooms and a twin. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a utility room, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug. Outside there are lawned gardens, a courtyard patio and off road parking for four cars. Dale Cottage is the perfect property to provide a holiday home for friends and family all year round.

Range cooker with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/Radio, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Enclosed lawned gardens with furniture and courtyard patio with table and chairs. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: There are various slopes, steps, drops and levels in the garden, care should be taken and children should be supervised at all times. Note: There are two small open ponds in the upper garden area, children and pets must be supervised at all times.

At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges.
