From the manager

Comprising of split level accommodation, this cottage is snug and welcoming using a subtle blend of character features and modern facilities to create a warm and well-serviced base from which to explore the region.Originally built as a grain store in the 19th Century, this detached property now offers accommodation for groups of up to four people. It is set in an enviable location, offering views of the sea and Mount Cader Idris. The grounds belong to the owner, although there is a private area of garden reserved for visitors with garden furniture and a barbecue for the sunny summer months. Inside, the accommodation is arranged over levels and the renovation has retained original features such as exposed beams throughout the property. For the colder seasons, the cottage is served by central-heating and a coal-effect fire in the sitting-room. With easy access to picturesque walks, this property is a tranquil base for a small group of friends or a family.

Amenities: LPG central heating with electric fire in sitting room. Electric cooker and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine,

tumble dryer, dishwasher. Lounge area with Smart TV, WiFi. Bed linen, Fuel and power inc in rent, sorry no towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden to side with patio areas and raised decking sitting area, with sea and mountain views and garden furniture, Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 20 mins walk. 2021 - this property has been recently redecorated and refurbished. Property only accepts a minimum stay of 3 nights

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The harbour town of Abersoch is part of the Llyn Peninsula, a designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The area is a maze of outstanding coastal footpaths and beautiful beaches that play host to major surfing, sailing and wakeboarding events. Abersoch has a number of golf courses to entertain and challenge enthusiasts of all levels and, in June, the whole town takes on a real carnival atmosphere as the annual Abersoch Jazz Festival gets underway. Visitors are well served by shops and restaurants and there is a selection of fine beaches to choose from, in addition to a number of secluded bays, coves and cliffs to explore. The wildlife reserve on Bardsey Island will provide nature-lovers with the opportunity to spot puffins, dolphins and the yellow star anemone.
