Description

The open plan lounge/diner is light and spacious with enough seating for 5 people. the lounge benefits from a 42" TV DVD player. The compact kitchen is fully equipped for family meals including a fridge, hob and oven. The downstairs area also includes a good size cloakroom and a small utility area consisting of a washing machine and freezer. This tastefully decorated property sleeps up to 5 people in 1 double room, 1 twin and a single room. The bedrooms either benefit from a lovely view of the great Orme or a side view down to the bay of Llandudno. There is also a good size family bathroom consisting of a shower, toilet and hand wash basin.

Everything is within walkable distance around Llandudno. Craig-y-Don is 1.2 miles from Ty Mair and West Shore is 0.5 miles. The number 26 bus goes from Gloddeath Avenue every hour and literally passes the front of the cottage stopping 1 minute walk away.

“Everything and more”

Where to start?! From the moment they contacted me it has been perfect, I only gave them 2 days notice and they even put the Xmas decorations up before I arrived! As soon as my monkey's and I stepped through the door it felt like home, Richard the owner couldn't of been more accommodating and had all bases covered. The road the house is on overlooks the whole of Llandudno and is only 5 minutes walk into town, plus it's on one of the most scenic mountains in Wales (The Great Orme) 100% will stay here again, thank you so much for the perfect stay!
