The apartment is only a short walk to the promenade, pier and there's wide variety of shops, cafe's, pubs & restaurants close by.

Two bedrooms sleep 4 guests with a sofa-bed available for a 5th (bedding provided for 5th guest on request when booking). We also have a travel cot (no bedding) and highchair for younger guests to use.

It's a great space to relax in with a 32 inch smart television/dvd, Sky Q, WiFi and a well equipped kitchen (washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven) making it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area.

There's also a decent selection of books, dvd's and board games to keep guests entertained

Only a short drive from Conwy, Bodnant Gardens, Adventure Parc Snowdonia & Zip Forrest/World, with the beaches of Anglesey, Snowdonia national park less than 30 minutes away.

    Beautiful apartment in a perfect location in fantastic Llandudno I recommend anyone to stay here lovely little touches like milk in the fridge for us an little cakes left out also very clean

    This apartment is a lot better than we were expecting - the photos do not do it justice. Spotlessly clean, bright and spacious. Excellent location. We’ll be staying there again next year.

    No pets are permitted in the apartment so the comment about the bed/mattress smelling like dog is odd, but we’ll look in to this. All rooms are cleaned prior to a guests arrival and we’ve had great reviews in the past about the cleanliness at the apartment, I can only apologise that you were disappointed. I wish that you’d gotten in touch during your stay so that we could have addressed your comments promptly and arranged to have the oven looked at so that you could have had full use of the facilities. Thank you for your feedback

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ellen (the owner) a message.

    If Ellen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
