Lakeview Lodge is a gorgeous home overlooking beautiful lough Erne

It is a purpose-built holiday home, situated near to Upper Lough Erne. It comprises of 3 floors:

On the lower ground floor there are two double bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master suite comprises of a king size bed, a small sofa bed, dressing room and an ensuite with a shower and separate bath. The second double comprises of a king size bed. Both these downstairs rooms have access to a private and secluded patio. The spacious main bathroom comprises of a corner bath and a shower.

On the upper ground floor there are two further bedrooms. One comprises a twin ensuite. The second is a double ensuite with a patio door opening onto its own private seating area.

This floor also has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. There is a wood burning stove, 40 inch flat screen TV. The kitchen has a double oven, dishwasher and a large fridge freezer.

The third floor consists of a mezzanine affording fantastic views of the mountains and lake. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding views.

There is an outside laundry room with a separate storage area.

All bed linen, hand and bath towels, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer are provided.

Not suitable for children under 5 due to two sets of stairs

Why can't I call Jenny (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jenny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
