You will enjoy my large 840 Sq. Ft, 4+ Rooms with a Fully Equipped & Supplied Kitchen, Medium Bath, Salon with a queen sofa bed, Ding Area, King Bedroom & Lighted & Mirrored Vanity/Desk Area for work or doing makeup, hair & preparation while the bath is occupied. The bedroom also has a desk, mirror & bench so 2 can prepare.

You have 2 TVS, The salon is has of Dec 2023 and a 58" Smart Roku with a Bluetooth Yamaha Soundbar. 2 Ceiling Fans, 2 Air Conditioners, 2 Air Purifiers. & more.

My home provides a relaxing vacation, honeymoon or anniversary. Everything needed is in abundance, just buy food.

Renting my home & your home away from home saves you a lot of Money on supplies.

As reviews mention. My home & yours has a completely stocked kitchen with many condiments, 20+ seasonings, oils, sprays &, filtered water, You have unlimited paper products, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher premium pellets, other soaps, bath gel, shampoo, & conditioner. There are cleaning products & utensils, iron & ironing board, first aid kit, sewing kit & some medicines all there.

My home is always being upgraded & my guests' suggestions are welcome to improve it for me & you alike, nail polish remover, Q-tips, cotton balls, medicines, beach & regular umbrellas, USB plug ins, a play pen & highchair.

I have a 124 pack container of dried foods for emergencies.

My home's not beach front, it's 3 buildings back & a 1 minute stroll to the 3-mile long beach & magnificent sunrises & on the 2nd floor with 10 steps, there is no elevator.,

The Nightly RATE is for 2 GUESTS.

Additional guests up to two, regardless of age, are $60 a Night per guest. Histrionically I break even at $50 with the added cleaning and laundry time, supplies and electricity.

Cleaning fee is $350.00

If staying longer than 10 nights I provide a short 1-2 hour absolutely required interim spruce up light cleaning and inspection. This is not a full clean and is included in the rate.

The Cancellation Policy is 30 days for a 100% refund & 14 days 50% refund. After that 0 refund, But I will try and to re-rent it for all or part of the time. I refund what I receive back to you.

There's a Small Partial Distant Ocean View when the trees are trimmed. I work with Wyndham to keep them trimmed.

My home is always Impeccably Clean as mentioned in many guest reviews. I & my friend & housekeeper Jenni are clean nuts. She is a long time Kauai Island Tour and Hiking guide and one of the best known hiking guides on the island. She has taken many guests on Hikes.

You're centrally located between Lihue & Kapaa, 7 minutes from the airport. The resort is secluded a 1/4 mile off the main highway.

I think it's nicely decorated. LOL. I remodeled it. Do you remember or know of Ricky Nelson (he's an old pop star & TV actor) and his Song Garden Party? "You can't please everyone so you've got to please yourself." You Get a Box of Chocolates if you mention you read this. Your home has Imported Tile, Carpeting, Solid Varnished Mahogany Doors, Real Wood Cabinets, Granite Counters, Great Kitchen, All the stuff listed above, Sailing & Other Art, Artificial Flowers & Plants.

On occasion I get 4 stars 18 times in 21 years. Some say my decors is dated. I knew I was dated years ago when a friend's daughter came home & said," Dad did you know Paul McCartney was in another band before Wings! You get a Bag of Coffee if you mention you read this.

No extra guests without registration & payment of extra guest fee. Late flights, a late check out is possible, booked in advance 1 night. If available the night before you leave 60% of a night. You are responsible for normal cleaning including the lanai. If housekeeping says you did not do so & additional time is needed to clean you will be charged. Over 10 day stays have a required interim inspection and light cleaning of 2 hours included in the rate. It is not optional.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mounque (the owner) a message.

If Mounque (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
