“Great Place to Vacation” Patty and Bob helped make our trip better. The apartment was clean, spacious, well furnished and well stocked. We were immediately at home. Patty baked and sent us a sample. We were allowed to pick herbs from the garden for our cooking. The apartment was set up perfectly for us. Two women traveling together who needed some privacy. Even though it is a one bedroom, there is a pull-out sofa in the dining area. We had said that we would need to use it. It was all set up when we arrived. A large closet near the pull out and a large closet in the bedroom. The location was in a nice friendly neighborhood. However, it was not far from all the things one wanted to see and do in Kailua. One would need to have a car. The patio area was especially nice. There was a wonderful gas grill which we used and a place to set and enjoy the clean fresh Hawaiian air. We would return here.

“An amazing place” Ko’olin beach villas is an amazing place , we loved our time there and will be back again, dealing with Michael and the Team at beach villa realty was so easy, any queries were dealt with immediately. Kapolei / Ko’olina is moving ahead so you do t really need to go into Waikiki . The Condo was wonderful had everything you needed and more, The view from the balcony was beautiful, loved watching the sunsets each night.

“Absolute Perfection” We spent eight nights at the Hale Malaekahana in May 2014 and there is no better word than "perfect" to describe this place. For anyone looking for a low-key stay right by the ocean, far from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki up on the beautiful North Shore, this place is for you! Besides the price being incredible, the property itself had everything you could possibly ask for, from anything you'd need in the kitchen to all you need for the beach, never mind loads of towels and things for the bedroom....not that extra blankets are usually needed in paradise. And if you need your towels that match, go spend a fortune on a hotel downtown. ;) The three-bedroom property is perfect, the beach is literally steps away and even though the ocean right out by the path can be a little rocky, just walk up the beach two hundred yards for smooth swimming. A short walk in the other direction is access to the majestic Goat Island. And then there is the outdoor shower and wrap-around terrace! Four of us shared the house very easily and in absolute comfort. In terms of purchasing necessities, everything you could need, from a pharmacy to a grocery to a liquor store is just a short drive away. There is a good chance we will be returning to Hawaii in 2016 and if Stan will have us, we may opt to stay here again!

“Great Location” Thanks to Janna for making our rental of her condo very easy, the Ilikai is in a great location, a short walk to everthing waikiki has to offer. The condo on the 18th floor is freshly remodelled and has very modern furnishings, as well the kitchen is new and has everything needed , the balcony is comfortable and offers a nice city view.
