“Our Hawaii Home” We stayed at the Hibiscus Hula Cottage for 9 nights over the holidays. It is very well appointed and located in a quiet neighborhood in anahola. We loved eating in the kitchen with the view of Kong in our window and going to sleep at night with the roar of the ocean across the street. The location is ideal-quiet and away from the condos and resorts but only 15 minutes north of grocery stores and restaurants. We loved our time in our "Hawaii House" as our 3 year old called it. We hope to stay there again!

“Beautiful quiet beach” The home was great. Very nicely decorated, well appointed and clean. Kitchen is very well stocked with all the tools you'll need to make meals. Heavy duty washer and dryer also a nice feature. The outdoor space is really what makes this place amazing though. The beach is literally right in the back yard! The beach was always quiet, never crowded. On our first day, we were greeted by a local monk seal who made our beachfront his home for the day! There is a general store minutes away and if they don't have what you need, Kapaa is only 15 min away and has literally everything you can think of. The only downside is the Kapaa traffic which can at times double your drive into town. If I have one criticism it's that there was no lanai furniture. We would have definitely taken all our meals out there instead of in the eat-in kitchen. This is a great place for people who are looking for a peaceful, quiet space to call home while in Kauai. I would definely rent this house again.

“Moloa'a Bay Cottage” This cottage was ideal for our family of four. We will definitely go back. The beach is just a few steps away and is a beautiful uncrowded cove. There is a nice reef that offers great snorkeling -- lots of fish and interesting rock and coral formations. For those wanting to body surf, you can drive about 5 minutes down to Anahola Beach and get your fill there. The cottage has all the amenities one could want. It could use a bit of decoration on the walls and a larger couch to lounge on. But overall it is a great place.
