From the owner

Rare upstairs large 1 bedroom unit plus upper loft in gated community. Queen size bed in bedroom and large dresser for all your clothes. Walk in Closet. Kitchen has a bar with seating for 2 as well as a table. There is a microwave, oven, refridge and all necessities. Small deck outside has table and chairs for relaxing in the nice weather. Nice living room with large tv.

Air Conditioning if you happen to rent in warmer season.

PLEASE NOTE: I have not been able to find good cleaning service, so guests must leave unit and linens clean and ready for next guests, as part of agreement to return deposit if all looks well in unit.

Complex is 2 miles from most casinos and about a half mile from river. Golf, hiking and biking trails and boat rentals on Lake Mohave are all within 20 min. from the unit. Grand Canyon is about 4 hours away. Las Vegas just under 2 hours, and Zion Natl. Park another 3 hours beyond Las Vegas. Quiet gated community looks like a desert oasis with grass and many trees. 4 pools with jacuzzis. Jacuzzis are heated in winter, pools are not. No pets please.

For longer winter rentals, I will give a better deal than what is quoted here. That is my preference as I have previously rented to one couple for 3-5 months in the winter. The unit does not have cable tv with 100 channels, only local channels, but it is a smart tv so it has extra channels and you can sign into your amazon, NFL or whatever account to watch your shows. (just be sure to sign out when you leave) Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Why can't I call Peggy (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peggy (the owner) a message.

If Peggy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
