“Great Stay!” My family stayed here for 2 nights, 3 days to enjoy Las Vegas before heading out to the Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion. It is a beautiful, spacious condo that has literally everything you need! A fully equipped and clean kitchen is available so that you can save a bit of money on meals (which are pricey on the strip). The living area and bedroom are HUGE and the bathroom is even bigger! You will not regret staying here and you will also not regret working with Condo Hotel Marketplace. Donna made everything about our visit so very easy. She even gave recommendations on where to purchase show tickets and other helpful tips to enjoy Vegas with kids. We couldn't have been more pleased.

“Great location!” We stayed at this house for 2 nights and we were having a great time there! Even though 2 nights' not enough, still we had a BLAST!! It is just close to the strip, close to grocery stores ( like safeway, raleys) and the beaches are just 5 minutes drive. We would love to go back there and stay in this house again!

“Great Tahoe Vacation and Very affordable” This cabin absolutely met our needs. Thanks to Steven and Kendra for making it a terrific trip to Tahoe. My wife and I live in Sacramento and brought our family to Tahoe for the Xmas holidays. The cabin was perfect for our family of 6 and could have held more with plenty of space. The wood burning stove kept us all nice and toasty as mother nature dumped over 5 feet of snow outside. The cabin is within walking distance to the Heavenly Village and very close to multiple restaurants. Overall great stay and the caretakers were very nice and helpful.

“Great vacation home” We had a great spring break here. With kids, this is so much better than a hotel room. They loved the pool and we loved that it was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. When we got tired of the strip it was nice to have a quiet place to retreat. Owner is helpful and so is property manager. Also, our deposit was refunded promptly. Would recommend.

“Great cabin but issues with how hot it was” The place was very nice. The open floor plan is great and the 3 bathrooms were a plus. The space station shower didn't plug for baths. It happened that it was very hot during our stay so the cabin was hot and the trash we placed in the garage was stinking. I called the company because we had baby diapers and food and such and they said they would try to pick it up Monday but they never did. We didn't check out until Thursday so the trash in garage was a problem. The gate in the side of the property didn't latch either. Overall it was a great cabin but the heat was stellar during our stay.

“Enjoy your stay” We appreciated the well stocked and cozy accommodations. Close to lake and owner was very helpful. The bowling alley is nextdoor and it's located close to recreation center and pool.
