The area also boasts the peaceful harbour which is the natural habitat of an array of wildlife including whooper swans, puffins and seals.

Situated just 30 miles from John O'Groats, Craiglea provides for a unique Scottish atmosphere to enjoy a wonderful Highlands adventure.

Owner's reply: I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your stay. You were told before you came that we had a burst pipe which we had fixed and did our best to decorate the affected rooms before you came. It was either that or cancel in the last minute. On a brighter note the entire property has undergone a complete refurbishment, painted inside and out. New beds and furniture, new bed linen and towels and the result is stunning!

Owner's reply: Hi, Im sorry you were dissapointed with the condition of our Lodge. Although we do not accept many of your complaints we have now taken advantage of the lockdown to copletely refurbish the whole property. We have renewed all the bed linen and towels, painted inside and out, replaced all the beds with new ones as well as the boilers , pumps and electrics. I believe there is nothing to compare in both stunning locationa and facilities for many miles around. I hope one day you will come and visit again!
