Description

The Villa-House is 100 sq.m. maisonette. Downstairs has a living room, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. More specifically, the living room includes a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a fireplace, satellite tv, dvd, cd-player, air-condition, alarm and two fire extinguishers. The dining area includes a table with 6 chairs. In the kitchen there is a complete electrical equipment. Namely: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee and sugar, tray, bottle opener, bread basket, placemats, colander, bowl for ice cream and cake.
The downstairs bathroom is equipped with shower cabin, toilet, washbasin with cabinet, hairdryer, mirror. The bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables and table lamps, dresser with mirror, air-condition, TV, large closet where it contains box.
Upstairs (internal staircase) in the left there is a desk with internet connection. Right next there are two bedrooms. Each one contains 2 single beds with 2 bedside tables and table lamps, air-condition, dresser with mirror, TV, and big wardrobe.
On both floors of the villa there are balconies. At the top balcony exists clothes dryer, while the lower balcony there is a table with three chairs.
In the outside space of the villa you can find one neat space with a manicured garden with flowers, trees and herbs.
The villa has a swimming pool of 40 sq.m. with a depth of 1,75m. dimensions 15x5 padded inlay, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, barbecue, oven, chimney, unlimited space for children and parking.

The villa has a garden with many vegetables, which can be savored each for free.
A special feature of the villa is the element of stone, which creates an image simultaneously traditional and magical. During the night thanks to the lighting and hear the sound of running water on the stone wall creating a magical landscape.
Basic advantage is that the villas is very few miles from the fantastic beaches of Crete.

“Great house, great pool, great garden”

When another property owner in the area overbooked, we were moved to Villas Eligia. We had not considered this property when booking as it was larger than we needed, but we were happy we ended up here. The house is beautiful and the garden and pool much nicer than the pictures show. Although we didn't use the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom, we still think this house was great value for the money. Eleni was a great host, sharing her knowledge of the area and local products, and I would also recommend her cafe in town for delicious coffee and omelettes. She made us feel very welcome in Spili. The house is in a great location for exploring beaches both to the east and to the west and very close to the services of Spili. There was nobody in the other house on the property while we were there, but even if there had been, the design and vegetation provide ample privacy. We would love to go back!

How do damage deposits work?
