Description

Our corner condo is set up as a second home. So we think you will find amenities that most vacation rentals don't offer. We have a 40" flat screen with blu ray player and surround sound with over 100 new blu ray movies and well over 300 dvd's, concerts, and VHS tapes to enjoy. We are 30-40 feet from the ocean...both the bedroom and the living room sit on the water...our views are of Lanai and Molokai. The building is cement block but our unit has been sheet rocked, which makes the unit very sound proof and cozy and painted with decorator colors. The extra large L Shaped couch is the perfect place to enjoy the evening after a great day of exploring Maui...we provide down pillows and bath sheets, liquid body soap and large ceiling fans in all areas with mood lighting in every room. The privacy tint on the sliding doors and windows is also a nice touch. We also have a safe for you to use and a security door so you can leave your front door open for al the Maui breezes to come thro. Our white sandy beach is great for body surfing, snorkeling, kite surfing or just walking out to wade and play in the water. I enjoy cooking so the kitchen is very well stocked..waffle iron, rice cooker, coffee maker etc. We are sure you will be very happy with your choice of #404 We have many repeat guests as its like being home but a bit more special! with the roar of the waves and the swoosh of the palms. Maui Magic at its finest! As of 12-2015, we partnered with an excellent housekeeper whose attention to detail matched ours! None Better... Edy and Clint are our eyes and better yet our face on Maui. We KNOW the unit is spotless and perfect for each guest when they arrive and that is what you should expect. Due to Trip Adivisors rules I can't give you her website or phone # on this website but after booking the unit I can and will provide her information. How do damage deposits work?
