“Awesome! Great view, beach, can walk to most restaurants, just” We so enjoyed our time in Kihei. Our first stop was the market on our way in to pick up some fresh fruit and produce and all of it was wonderful! the condo was clean and very nice, great view! We met so many nice people at the condo too...owners, and renters like ourselves. The location is so convenient to so many things...we could walk just about anywhere for lunch, dinner, shopping. I would highly recommend staying here! Can't wait to get back there someday!

“Excellent View, Location, Beach access, Restaurants...” Gee and Joe make sure you have everything you need at the condo, from towels, boogie boards, chairs, etc. Great access to the beach right across the street for excellent snorkeling (saw many sea turtles!). Reasonably priced restaurants just a short walk down the street. Check out Moose Mcgillycuddy's happy hour 4-7pm daily for those tropical drinks! Had great time, and would definately stay here again.

“Beautiful location and rental unit.” My wife and I stayed there in 2011 and my wife and her friend were there in March 2012 and my wife and I are going there in Oct. 2012. Obviously we like the unit very much.The view from the lanai is beautiful.The unit has all the amenities you need to cook,play or just relax. The grounds are very nice with a pool,spa,shuffle board,BBQ,tennis courts,and probably more that we just didn't have time to do.

“Everything you need, steps from the beach” The apartment is very clean, nice and extremely well equipped - we found everything we needed from beach towels to sunscreen, beach chairs and umbrella. It is located in a typical Maui condo near many restaurants, shops and beaches. Very good value for money, we highly recommend.

“Excellent accommodation!!” Great location with a "large" lanai. Recently renovated and very well done, and tiled throughout which we appreciated. Lot's of counter space and very open kitchen with the completed renovation. We have stayed in a few of the condos in this complex and this one is at the top of the list!

“Tracy thought of everything!” My husband and I stayed at 'Tracy's Tropical Treasure #1' over Christmas of 2013. We were thrilled with the accommodations; we couldn't have asked for anything more! The room is absolutely beautiful...newly remodeled with modern appliances, beautiful decorations, immaculate attention to detail, and all the comforts you could want. (Just a few of the nice touches: rain shower head, granite counters, two flat screen tvs, led candles, a playfully lit bar, luxurious bed) Tracy really did think of everything! I over packed, considerably. All the amenities of home were there! The kitchen is stocked full of appliances and utensils (microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, teapot, knives, bowls, plates, silverware, drink ware, bottle openers, cork screws, cutting boards, everything you could need). She has beach chairs, and beach towels, beach bags, toys for the beach, tennis rackets, movies galore (though you can see the ocean from the bed and you'll want to be outside!) games, books, etc. I was truly amazed at how comfortable it was and how everything we needed seemed to be readily available. We would definitely recommend this gem!! A great find and you're sure to enjoy your stay. Thank you so much, Tracy, for making our trip so memorable!!

“Stayed- 8-31-12 to 9-21-12” Found the WBH to be a great location for going anywhere, just minutes from driving to shopping centers/safeway/restaurants etc. or walking to closer centers. Plan to go back next year.

“Island Paradise!” We absolutely loved our Maui experience in this delightful, perfect condo across the street from one of the island's best swimming beaches. The condo was equipped with everything we possibly needed! Each morning we awakened to birds singing outside our bedroom window, with the softest bedding on the best bed on the planet. The pool outside our condo was wonderful, and I became addicted to the aloha gift shop next door. Warning: you will not want to go home! Be sure to say hello to James, the weekend parking lot attendant, who was one of a dozen angels we met in Maui that week. Aloha!

“Spring Break at Waiohuli Beach Hale” Overall we had a very good time. The condo met most of our needs. Beach chairs and boogie boards were available but there were not enogh beach towels for a family of 4. It was necessary to ask for a replacement appliance (toaster) which was provided within a couple of days. The only our note was that renovations commenced in the condo next door to ours; the daytime noise levels made it impossible to stay in our condo for 2 days - allowing renovations during the high season is unfortunate and reflects poorly on the entire property.

“Maui Condo with wonderful kitchen” We enjoyed our stay at Waiohuli Beach Hale 205 - a small condo development in Kihei. The kitchen was the best equipped we've ever seen in a rental and allowed us to cook, bake, and make all our own meals. While the property is located on the beach, we found it better to drive to some of the other wider beaches near us for our beach time. We would definitely come here again.

“You need amenities” For the money you charge you need place mats, napkins, steak knives, proper patio furniture (not $5 Costco chairs), decent swim towels, new sheets, pillows &pillow; cases(not just one 20 year old set of linens), a serving tray, HD TV (you can buy one for less than $400). We have booked 6 weeks next year in another unit. Had we not had to ask your agent for these things (only some of which were provided by your responsive agent), this could have been your booking!

“Waiohuli Beach Hale - a longtime favourite of ours” We booked late, and there were not many units available in our favourite complex in Kihei. #214 is not a great spot, being on the front corner next to the parking lot - so noise from cars and occupants arriving and leaving. The unit itself leaves a lot to be desired - it is very tired and desperately needs some renovating. The carpeting on the lanai is disgusting and the louvered windows are very dirty. The facilities were adequate and relatively clean, given their age. That having been said, we were only in there for 4 nights, moving to another unit for the balance of our stay. We always enjoy staying at WBH, so were prepared to tolerate less than great conditions for a few days. We would not stay in this unit again.

“Waiahuli Beach Hale #122” This was our 3rd stay in #122 - first in Dec. - and it felt like we'd come home. The condo is well maintained and furnished, and the location is so central - close to shopping and our favourite beaches but quiet.

“My third and best stay at Waiohuli Beach Hale” The privacy of the lanai and the oceanfront location of 127 made up for the vintage condition of the condo. This is the only unit I want to rent for my visits in the future.
