The property consists of 2 luxurious Apartments right on Laganas beach.

Every Apartment has a size of 70sqm & is fully independent, featuring a 28sqm veranda with private exterior jacuzzi overlooking Laganas sea.

On the lower floor, you will find 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower & a common living room & kitchen area.

From the inner stairs, you will be led on the upper floor, where the other bedroom is located, featuring 2 single beds (possibility of becoming 1 double bed). This bedroom overlooks the living room & kitchen area from its mezzanine balcony type. A bathroom with a shower & glass cabinets is also facilitated.

All bedrooms feature A/C & flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, small fridge, kettle, filter coffee machine, kitchenware, cutlery & toaster. Iron & ironing board are also featured, while parking & free WiFi are also available.

The Apartment can comfortably sleep up to 6 people, as the sofa in the living room can become a double bed. A baby cot can also be offered free of charge for any baby up to 2 years of age.
