The property consists of 2 luxurious Apartments right on Laganas beach.

Every Apartment has a size of 70sqm & is fully independent, featuring a 28sqm veranda with private exterior jacuzzi overlooking Laganas sea.

On the lower floor you will find 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower & a common living room & kitchen area .

From the inner stairs you will be lead on the upper floor, where the other bedroom is located, featuring 2 single beds (possibility of becoming 1 double bed). This bedroom overlooks the living room & kitchen area from its mezzanine balcony type. A bathroom with a shower & glass cabinets is also facilitated.

All bedrooms feature A/C & flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, small fridge, kettle, filter coffee machine, kitchenware, cutlery & toaster. Iron & ironing board are also featured, while parking & free WiFi are also available.

The Apartment can comfortably sleep up to 6 people, as the sofa in the living room can become a double bed. A baby cot can also be offered free of charge for any baby up to 2 years of age.

A number of services can be offered upon request with extra charge. These include:

Upon your booking you will receive a 20% of at Bar Code.

Our holiday was amazing. I went with friends for 10 days to stay here and the apartment was perfect. The views over the sea were great and the hotub was an added bonus. The owner (Fotis) could not have been more helpful, any questions or worries we had he would sort for us as soon as they happened, he did everything to make sure we had a the best time and we couldn’t thank him enough. Would 100% recommend staying here and will hopefully I will also return to stay here again one day!
