Mouria Studios & Apartments is a family run business, located right in the heart of Laganas, just 25m away from the sea.

The property is consisted of Studios & Apartments & can be an excellent choice for independent & easy going holidays, as anything you may seek or need during your holidays can be found in a short walking distance.

The room is located either on the 1st or 2nd floor, has a size of 20sqm & features an open plan air-conditioned room with 1 double bed or 2 single beds, mirror stand, TV (small), kitchenette (with basic equipment, 2 cooking rings, small fridge, cutlery, kitchenware, kettle, toaster), a bathroom with a shower, safe deposit box & drying lofts. From its furnished balcony you can enjoy amazing sea views.

This type of accommodation can sleep up to 2 people, while a baby cot, for a child up to 2 years of age, can also be fitted & offered free of charge upon prior request & availability.

*Continental (a la carte) breakfast is included in the room rate (served between: 08am -11am at property's snack/cafe bar nearby).

excellent communication, owner very helpful and a great place in a brilliant location. The owner organised taxis for both transfers and arrived on time. The apartment was very clean.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Roumpini (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
