BEACH COTTAGE LOCATED CLOSE TO RHYL DENBIGHSHIRE/ CONWY IS AN EXTREMELY SPACIOUS YET COMFORTABLE MODERN 5 BEDROOMED GROUND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION WITH 3 GOOD SIZED BATHROOMS , (two being en suit ) HAVING BEEN FURNISHED TO AN EXCELLENT STANDARD THROUGHOUT. A LARGE PRIVATE AND SECURE GRASSED GARDEN AREA WITH SWINGS , PLAY HOUSE ,SWINGS AND INDOOR POOL TABLE MAKES THIS PROPERTY IDEAL FOR CHILDREN OF ALL AGES.

WE EXCEPT A MAXIMUM OF TWO WELL BEHAVED LARGE DOGS AT NO EXTRA COST, WE WILL ALLOW UP TO THREE SMALL DOGS ( A small charge of £35 will be required for the third dog for a short break and £50 for a full week.

Our property is ideal for guests with mobility difficulties. Residential and care parties are always welcome. Beach Cottage has easy access throughout, being all on ground level with extra wide doorways, large bedrooms and a larger than average main bathroom, ensuring getting around the property is not an issue

We also have available front wheelchair access straight into one of the main bedrooms at the front of property.

We have two extra single beds which are made up ready, we also have a fouton that can sleep up to two . please note that this is for alternative sleeping only as they are in three of the 5 double rooms (please ask if they are needed) there is no charge for this. Ideal if you have young children or teenagers that may need separate beds but in the same room.

Comfortable large modern lounge having a cozy real wood burning fire with archway to a quality pool table.

Fresh linen and ample towels are provided free of charge during your stay.

“Great place to stay”

Excellent location short walk to beach, Asda and two pubs. All facilities you need are in the bungalow including a gas bbq which we used. Steve the owner kindly sorted out the boxing on pay per view for us. Great place for a break with the family and somewhere we will hopefully return to.

Great house plenty of room for everyone. There were 7 of us and never felt there wasn’t enough space. The pool table was great as the weather wasn’t the best kept the lads busy. Great host thanks Steve.

This is a lovely house, five large bedrooms three of which are family rooms. It's got everything that you need for a large group, plenty of space for everyone. Located a short stroll from the beach. Would highly recommend it and hope to return next year

“Perfect position for all attractions and much bigger than we thought.”

Really impressed with the cottage especially the generous sized bedrooms and living areas. There were 10 of us, 3 generations, and we never felt on top of each other. The location is great for visiting the attractions of North Wales and the beach is just over the sand dunes. Daughter's dog came along, too.

Came for my wife's birthday along with 12 others. We had a brilliant stay.its a great location if you want the beach/Rhyl. There is 2 pubs within 200 yards of the property.We had a very nice walk along the seafront and over the harbour bridge.i would definitely recommend this property.There is plenty of room for everyone.we will 100% be booking again. The owners are very nice too.

We stayed in this beautiful bungalow for my Mum and Dads Golden Wedding Anniversary and it was fantastic. The facilities were excellent and it was spotless. We had a brilliant time and are looking forward to booking again soon for next year. It's an ideal get away for a large family get together, it's got everything you need, don't even need to leave the bungalow. Thanks for helping make my Mum and Dads Golden Wedding Anniversary so special.

This cottage is perfect for a few days away with friends. There's so much space for the children to run around and a lovely safe garden for them to explore. The bedrooms are all a great size and living space perfect for a big group. I would definitely recommend. Thank you for a great visit!

“Lovely weekend away at Kinmel Bay...”

Just returned from our weekend stay at Beach Cottage and had a lovely break. We were pleasantly surprised to find the heating on and lights on a timer so that we didn't have to fumble around in the dark for keys and the house was nice and warm. The layout worked really well for us with two of the bedrooms having en-suites and the other three sharing a large bathroom. The whole cottage is really well furnished with the kitchen becoming the hub as always. It's really well equipped, with enough crockery and glasses for the ten of us, washing machine; dishwasher; fridge and separate freezer etc... A stone's throw from the cottage is a footpath that leads directly to the beach, the kids loved skimming stones in the sea, there's also a viewing platform on the beach which has great views along the coast and inward to the Welsh Hills. Back to the cottage, there is a private garden with large seating area at the rear, which also has a BBQ, I would imagine it would be great in the summer for al fresco dining. The area is residential and there is a caravan park backing on to the boundary of the cottage but I can't see this being a problem, it certainly wasn't for us. If you are looking for a large good quality rental cottage in North Wales, then Beach Cottage is ideal.
